Well, they were right. Monday’s total solar eclipse was thrilling to watch and everything everyone said it would be.
As the moon passed over the sun, with heads tilted towards the sky, the good people of FAB gathered, removed our eclipse glasses and, for 2 minutes, watched the changed sky and surroundings as the moon completely covered the sun. It was eerily dark. So much so that the streetlights came on, which was kind of a buzz kill, but it also validated that it was, indeed, a weird, one-of-a-kind day.
