It has been a long time since I wrote in my blog. I know where I’ve been, traveling. This year I have been to Park City, Utah twice, Indiana twice, Dallas twice, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Hong Kong just to name a few. Mostly on business but also looking at colleges for my newly graduated and oldest son, Grady McCoy IV. We chose Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. He wants to be an opera singer. I told him anybody that wants to be an opera singer at 17 years old has had way to much education.
The other part of the time went to working. Patriotism may be down but sales aren’t. We had an excellent flag season this year. It may be due to our great advertising and promotion team.
And lastly, I feel I am getting closer and closer to realizing my newest project, the reopening of the Dreamland Ballroom. This is the coolest project that a team of us have been working on for about a year. I will do a segment on it later.
