Spring is not only my favorite time of year because the world is waking up from a long winters nap, but it is also my favorite because we have March Madness.
Though our beloved Arkansas Razorbacks did not make it into the Big Dance this year, I am still watching a few select games, monitoring the upsets, and following the bracketology. As I watch the teams I’ve never heard of, like the Grand Canyon upset St. Mary’s, I couldn’t help but think about our basketball coach and ponder, “I wonder what Musselman is doing right now?”
I hope he is making a list of recruits for next year’s portal and planning to stay and create a legacy like Nolan Richardson and Eddie Sutton. After all, he is off to a good start with two trips to the Elite Eight in just five years.
