There are so many interesting things about Winston Churchill. One that I can totally relate to: he took a lot of baths. Maybe that isn’t particularly interesting, but that he had his secretary sit outside the bathroom to take notes while he dictated thoughts and letters through the closed door, is.
In my fun interview with Mitch Chandler, Mitch referred to his lifestyle as “Churchillian.” When I asked him what that meant, he said (in a nutshell) he would rather use his brain than his muscles.
Today, I am not going to use either my brain or muscle and take a pass in this week’s blog by serving up a good quote from a great man:
“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak. Courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.”
Winston Churchill (1874-1965)
